About Me
Hi! I’m Nikki; a multidisciplinary designer working at the intersection of concept and craft. My practice spans exhibit design, spatial experiences, and physical product development with a hands-on understanding of how things actually get built.
In my current role, I lead the design of interactive exhibits from early ideation through fabrication developing 3D models, technical drawings, and CMF decisions that balance aesthetic intent with real-world production constraints. Before that, I worked as a fabricator, programming CNC machinery and prototyping components across a wide range of projects.
I’ve worked on a variety of projects across different mediums. Each showcase my design process, which is rooted in human-centered thinking and focuses on memorable creating experiences. My design choices are guided by my love for nature and always consider sustainability and environmental impact. I love experimenting with collages and using bright colors to captivate my audience. Research plays a key role in my work, and I’m always eager to learn something new!
